Apartment Ema Brzeće Accommodation - apartments for rent in Brzeće - Kopaonik, near the gondola, 4 stars, furnished in mountain style. The apartment is new, it is being rented out for the first time this year, it is suitable for up to 4 people.
The apartment has WiFi internet and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for preparing food, additional appliances are a kettle for boiling water, a toaster, a refrigerator, two hotplates with an extractor hood. Studio of 28 sqm, on the first floor, has an elevator.
A large bed is suitable for two people and two singles for one person each. There is a safe and an iron in the apartment. The heating is on floors, with a boiler. The bathroom has a shower cabin, hairdryer and towel dryer. Ski storage is provided near the gondola.
PRICES DEPEND ON ACCOMMODATION TERM:
September, October and November - daily 40 euros,
December - daily 40 euros,
New Year 30.12, 31.12, 1.1. and 2.1. - daily 75 euros,
January and February - daily 50 euros,
March - long ago 40 euros,
April, May and June - daily 40 euros,
July and August - 45 euros.
The minimum number of nights is 3 (please call, it is possible to agree on a smaller number of days). The listed prices are for renting an apartment per night for up to 4 people.
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation - apartment rental per night and the specified minimum stay,
- Use of ski storage as needed,
– Free WiFi internet,
- Outdoor parking next to the facility building in accordance with the parking capacity, or lower than the accommodation facility.
RESIDENCE TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Adults 100 dinars per person per day,
- children 7-15 years old pay a residence tax of 50 dinars per person per day,
- children younger than 7 years old. they do not pay the residence tax.
The residence tax is paid when paying for accommodation for the agreed number of days.
