Apartmani su smesteni u najlepsem delu zlatarskog jezera, izvan gradske guzve u samom srcu rezervata Uvac. Savrseni su za porodicne odmore u prijatnom ambijentu samog jezera, koje je udaljeno 50 metara. Postoji mogucnost voznje čamcem, obilaska celog jezera kao i šumske flore i faune. Jezero posebne pogodnosti nudi zaludjenicima ribolova, koji u sezonu mogu loviti kako recnu tako i monoge druge vrste riba (smudj, stuka , saran..)
