Carica Tare is located in the National Park "Tara" in western Serbia and stands at 800m above sea level. Our accommodation is suitable for families with children as well as for individuals that want to isolate themselves from the city noise and enjoy the charms of the untouched nature. 

The house is spacious, around 200 square meters large with two floors and a huge backyard and parking space. Our guests have at their disposal five rooms, two bathrooms and a large dining room with kitchen and outdoor barbecue. In the middle of the living room there is a fireplace and upstairs there are two rooms with double beds. The house is comfortable for 14 guests. 

If you are looking for an extra natural, tranquil holiday, where the drinking water is spring water and where you can be surrounded by forest and animals, this is the right place for you. :)

Also, we offer our guests guide service if necessary. We can organize transportation from Belgrade and various types of tours. 

For guests who want to make their holiday more active, interesting, and relaxing we suggest several places that are located near the accommodation. Among them we would single out: the viewpoint Banjska stena (5km from accommodation) and Ćuvik (1km), then Mitrovac (10km) where you can enjoy delicious food and good drinks and use the local pool. Near Mitrovac, there is the site "Tepih livada" whose peat bog dates back from the Ice Age. Also, 15 km from the accommodation is Zaovinsko Lake where you can refresh yourself, and above the lake there is a medieval fortress "Grad" as well as the place where Josif Pančić discovered spruce.

For lovers of beaches, we suggest the lake and swimming pool "Perućac" (10km) which offers several smaller pools for children. Perućac lake is very suitable for fishing and swimming. Near the lake, there is a river "Perućačko vrelo" known as “A Year Long River” because the length of the river is exactly 365m. Also, you can relax by kayaking the emerald Drina river or cruising the Drina canyon.
