The “Eagle’s Nest” log cabin (1200 m above the sea level) dominates with its position and attractive unique appearance. The log cabin was built from the materials from which houses were built in this area centuries ago, a combination of tradition and luxury in a unique way, and as such is part of the idea of ​​fighting for ecology and healthy lifestyles. Stone, wood and natural rock combined with luxury furniture provide a fantastic experience for all the senses. With several terraces there is a unique view of Kopaonik, Crni vrh, Jankov kamen and endless expanses of coniferous forests and flower meadows.

The “Eagle’s Nest” log cabin is located in the village of Rudno - Golija mountain. The place itself is an air spa with an altitude of 1100 (asl). The air currents of the Mediterranean and mountainous Serbia meet here, so the scents of the sea and centuries-old coniferous forests mix in the air. Unique, something that only this area can provide. Golija Mountain is a natural reserve of the biosphere and this mountain is under the protection of UNESCO, in addition, the mountain has so many sunny days during the year, and also this is the mountain with the most snow. There are more than 30 sources of drinking water in the immediate vicinity. Many of the streams are rich with fish, crabs and other indicators of quality water. Izubre waterfalls are only 5 km from “Eagle’s Nest” log cabin. Endless forests are a natural cooler during the warm summer days.

Along with the natural beauties and untouched nature, there are also cultural and historical monuments in the immediate vicinity, which were of great importance in the history of our country. Village named Rudno is located between two beautiful monasteries: Studenica (distance 15km - founded in the late 12th century as the main endowment of the ancestor of the Nemanjic dynasty, Stefan Nemanja) and Gradac monastery (distance 10km - built in 1268, and the endowment of Jelena Anžujska, the king Uros’s wife), in this place there are two small extremely old churches: (Church of St. Trinity and St. Nicholas). The Rudnjan plateau is ideal for long walks and mountain biking, and in the place itself there is a football and basketball court, a playground for children, a post office, an ambulance, a supermarket…

In addition to the attractive appearance and location of the “Eagle’s Nest” log cabin, it has all the comforts that are necessary for a comfortable vacation.

Guests have at their disposal:

1) Large living room with fireplace and contains: (large LCD TV, easily folding sofa that turns it into a bed for two, large dining table;

2) Glass terrace that gives guests the atmosphere as if they were somewhere far away in nature, and has all the comforts of home and contains: (LCD TV, table, two sofas, radio…);

3) Mini kitchen with sink and contains: (stove with two hobs, refrigerator, kitchenette with accompanying facilities);

4) Bathroom containing: (standardly equipped, with electric heater);

5) The attic consists of three rooms and contains: (radiators, desk, TV, DVD and has a total of 7 beds and a beautiful balcony).

- The yard consists of several terraces in a couple of different levels, and each level is a story for itself and suitable for entertainment and enjoyment of guests. There is a fireplace with barbecue, pot, sunbeds, large table for socializing in the shade of beech…

- Meals (breakfast / dinner), are served in agreement with the guests.

The activities we offer are numerous and adapted to all ages, recreational or extreme challenges (collecting herbs, picking mushrooms, hunting, fishing, hiking, touring waterfalls, picking blueberries, wild strawberries…). You can reach Rudno from Belgrade either by the Ibar highway or by the E75 highway (Belgrade - Batočina - Kragujevac - Kraljevo - Kraljevo / Raška highway). You can get to the place in two ways: the first is from the direction of the Gradac monastery (exclusion from the Ibar highway near Brvenik) by asphalt road. The second road from the direction of the Studenica monastery (exclusion from the Ibar highway near the town of Ušće) is 15 km of good macadam, both roads lead to the main road Kraljevo - Raška.
