An old barn, right next to Rajko's house, converted into a modern house with a view of Mount Rudnik, from the west side.
It is located on the slope of Straževica with a view of Mount Rudnik, from the west side. The building is located in a cluster of three houses and the property is separated from the settlement. The property can be reached from the Ibarska highway, the pass over Rudnik (Bućin grob) with a straight line marked towards Serbian Hollywood, and the house itself is located about 1 km, on a forest road, from the entrance to that nature park.
On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room and a modern kitchen. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with three beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin.
