Studen jaz je smešten uz samu reku na nekoliko hektara površine i u okviru njega nalaze se dve kućice apartmanskog tipa, Razvigor i Vilin konjic. Kapacitet po kućici je maksimalno 4 osobe. Parking je obezbeđen, kao i WI-FI. Na imanju je i malo jezerce koje leti služi za brčkanje i osveženje. Postoji i prostor za Camper prikolice ako neko želi da dođe na taj način.
